The Sustainable Agriculture Initiative (SAI) Platform was created by the food industry to actively support the development of and to communicate worldwide about sustainable agriculture involving the different stakeholders of the food chain. Members include major cocoa buyers such as Nestlé, ECOM, Kraft. While the organization set up an internal workgroup on sustainable cocoa sourcing, cocoa in not currently included as a priority commodity.
