The UK Chocolate & Cocoa Industry

The website of the UK Chocolate & Cocoa Industry brings together three research institutes: the Cocoa Research Association Ltd. (CRA), the Ghana Cocoa Growing Research Association Ltd. (GCGRA) and Cocoa Research (UK) Ltd. (CRUK). These are all non-profit scientific research associations that work closely together to support a programme of research to achieve sustainable production of good quality cocoa.
